BJ's Wholesale Club

BJ's Wholesale Club, Lower Allen Township (Cumberland County) is a retail bulk seller to the local business and residential community.  Within this project a rolling option was used to acquire the ground.  This was a classic build to suit opportunity.

Real Source was involved in this project as a partner and broker for the BJ's lease during early 1990s.  The ownership was made up of several experienced business people who worked together to complete the project ground-up to opening the building.
