Chestnut Grove

​Very similar to Dickinson Place, Real Source managed the conception, oversight, and approval of this entire empty nest project. The project received an up-zoning and allowed Real Source to uniquely add additional units thanks to a successful visit to the zoning hearing board. Negotiation with a neighboring property owner has allowed a private (water) easement to serve the property. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2024.
