Manor Village

Manor Village is a 75 unit single family development planned for East Manchester Township in Northern York County.  It is a traditional design, fee simple lots for typical upscale “tract” style housing.

Real Source oversaw the completion of entitlements that had been started by a regional developer/builder who dropped an option offered by the owners. It is part of a larger tract which ultimately will include several hundred homes. 

Real Source was intimately involved in particularly the complicated easement agreements needed from several neighbors and the minimization of municipal road improvements demanded by the municipality.
