Seven Bridges

Real Source functioned as principal and developer in the early 1990s with Seven Bridges. Seven Bridges is located on a bluff in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania (Cumberland County), which overlooks the Susquehanna River and the City of Harrisburg. 

Through a land assemblage which provided access to the site, this project yielded four upscale single family lots, a billboard location, and a commercial lot. The site is spectacular, featuring mature trees.  Two of the residential lots have magnificent views of the seven bridges spanning the Susquehanna River and City of Harrisburg. 

It was a small but rather challenging project with difficulties including asbestos in the demolition portion, the involvement of the State Historical and Museum Commission (Civil War remains) and residential sprinklers in the completed homes.  However, the unique setting and dynamic view looking up and across the river made it all worth while.
