Susquehanna Trail Apartments

​In concert with Field Development, Real Source Advisors managed acquisition, approvals, traffic challenges, and development issues of the 240 unit apartment complex.  Utilizing a unique design where the buildings are oriented around a pedestrian only common space (with automobile kept to the perimeter), the project has both three story and four story (with elevators) buildings conceived. A market-leading design concept that should produce market-leading revenue well into the future. Construction is anticipated to start first quarter 2024.
