VibraLife Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facility

Real Source was retained to assist in the entitlement process, permitting, design and construction of a 68 unit skilled nursing and assisted living facility. Planned as the prototype (for future duplication), the project is now complete and occupied.

Real Source helped direct Crabtree Rohrbaugh and associates (AIA) with the design of the 58,000 square foot building. Real Source successfully completed all approvals, including Department of Health permitting and an intermunicipal storm water agreement where the Hollinger Group (THG) will enjoy short term tax abatement (LERTA program) in return for highly productive public improvements of the local storm water system.
