Village of Georgetown

Real Source worked as a fee developer and project manager for Manor Group (www.manorgroup.com) on the Village of Georgetown in Lower Swatara Township, Dauphin County Pennsylvania. 

Originally conceived in the 1970s, the project had been planned as a 189 unit town house project.  It was halted due to market conditions and needed significant changes to compete in the contemporary market place. The neighborhood was partially complete when reinvigorated by Real Source in the mid 1990s.  Real Source repositioned the project, modified the entitlements, and oversaw the construction and ultimate completion of the project. The builders were selected and supported by Real Source. 

In its final form, the Village of Georgetown has 138 units; 64 townhomes, 56 rental apartments (moderate income tax credit units), 17 single family homes, and a single commercial lot.
